This is a young Flamenco guitarist by the name of Javier Conde. Here is his site to enjoy more. Javier Conde As you can see, Yngwie Malmsteen may be one of the greatest neo-classical Rock guitar players out there, but these flamenco guitarists are to be reckoned with.

Yngwie Malmsteen shows a different approach to the instrument. Since it does have a Flamenco sounding ending leading into Black Star, I will show some true Flamenco artists, as well for comparison purposes.
